SHIPPING PROCESS

To ensure smooth transportation of goods from North Central to South, customers follow these steps:

Step 1: Receive information

Customers can contact Hue Duy Transport’s Hotline/Zalo 0901 222 224 and provide the following information:

• Goods name
• Full name, phone number of sender and recipient,
• Address of receiving and returning goods,
• Quantity and weight,
• Full size (including length, width, height)
• Desired delivery time
• Other requirements such as packing, loading, and other related information.

Step 2: Check and quote shipping rates

After receiving complete information about the goods to be transported, Hue Duy Transport will evaluate and send a shipping quote. Customers provide documents related to goods during transportation.

Step 3: Transport goods

After the customer agrees with the shipping price and delivery policy. Customers will be sent a contract to sign North-South freight cooperation with Hue Duy Transport.

Hue Duy Transport sends the vehicle to the warehouse or customer’s home to pick up the goods, check, and send a receipt confirming the receipt of the goods. Goods will be shipped to the address requested by the customer.

Step 4: Hand over the goods to the recipient

When the goods are transported close to the delivery point, the driver will call to notify the delivery time in advance. Customers proactively take the time to receive the goods, Hue Duy Transport will return the goods to the address provided in the contract. Customers need to check the goods upon receipt and confirm the receipt.

Step 5: Pay the fee and evaluate the service

After the customer receives the goods, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee to Hue Duy Transport. If there are no problems with the goods, the contract can be liquidated.

Things to note when transporting goods from North to South

• Provide complete information about goods and documents related to goods to avoid being seized by market management agencies.
• Do not send prohibited items or items without invoices.
• Goods need to be packaged securely and safely for long-distance transportation. Refer to Hue Duy
• Transport’s standard packaging specifications for advice.
• Shipping time may be a little faster or slower than the shipping schedule due to external factors such as weather, traffic situation, or damaged means of transport.
• Sending large quantities of goods will get better rates. Rates do not include lifting and loading fees, if any.
• Hue Duy Transport is not legally responsible for the customer’s transported goods.
