TRANSPORTATION PROCESS
Step 1: Receiving Shipment Information
Customers can contact Hue Duy Transport via our 24/7 Hotline 0901 222 224 and provide the following information: cargo name, sender’s and recipient’s full names and phone numbers, pickup and delivery addresses, quantity and weight, complete dimensions (including length, width, and height), preferred pickup and delivery time, and any additional requirements such as packing, loading and unloading, along with other relevant information.
Step 2: Cargo Assessment and Freight Quotation
After receiving complete information about the cargo to be transported, Hue Duy Transport will assess the shipment and provide a freight quotation. The customer is required to provide all relevant documents for the cargo during transportation.
Step 3: Cargo Transportation
After the customer agrees to the shipping rates and delivery and receiving policies, a transportation service agreement for North-South freight transportation with Hue Duy Transport will be sent to the customer for signing. Hue Duy Transport will arrange a truck to pick up the goods from the customer’s warehouse or home, inspect the shipment, and provide a pickup confirmation document. The goods will then be transported to the address specified by the customer.
Step 4: Cargo Delivery and Handover
When the cargo is nearing the delivery location, the driver will contact the customer in advance to confirm the expected delivery time. Customers can arrange their schedule to receive the shipment, and Hue Duy Transport will deliver the goods to the address specified in the transportation contract. Customers are required to inspect the cargo upon delivery and sign the delivery receipt to confirm receipt.
Step 5: Payment and Service Evaluation
After the customer has successfully received the shipment, the customer is required to settle the transportation charges with Hue Duy Transport. If there are no issues with the cargo, the transportation contract can then be finalized and closed.
